Good Times

I made this quick mini with the Simple Stories bingo cards and Summer Fresh collection.  For the cover I used some corrugated cardstock from my stash and bound it together with my Bind-It-All.

For the cover I added some twine around the edges to give it a country feel.

The inside pages I kept simple using just the bingo cards, a photo and some twine for all of the pages.

I really loved how simple and quick this album was.  Thanks for stopping by.

I-top Minecraft Buttons

If you have a boy in your house then I am sure you have heard of Minecraft.  My boys play this video game all the time and when I wanted to make some buttons for my youngest son’s toque he asked if I could make some Minecraft buttons.

We looked all over the Internet and found some images that he liked and printed them out on heavy cardstock.  Then I used the fabulous I-Top tool to make the buttons.

As these were going to be on a hat worn outside I covered the images with Modge Podge to seal them.  Once they were dry I sewed them onto his toques.  He loves them!

Here's a few more I made for his friend :)

Smile

I created a house shaped card for this project as I knew I wanted to add a wooden veneer bird to it and thought a bird house would be cute.

I added a wooden button and some twine along with a cute banner sticker from the Pebbles collection.

I cut out a heart and added the Studio Calico wood veneer bird.  I also used twine and knotted it for a border along the button and added the cute Smile sticker.

Epiphany Crafts and Bella Blvd Team Up

This week Epiphany Crafts teamed up with Bella Blvd for a week full of amazing projects.

For my project I created a mini album using the Bella Blvd Kiss Me Collection, so cute and fun.  I made a mini with some of my favorite Instagram photos from 2012.

To create this mini album cover a chipboard album with patterned paper and cover the spine with some Bella Blvd washi tape.

Add several layers of paper and journaling cards to the front to create a space for your title.

Hand cut the title and some embellishments from the patterned paper and to finish it off add some twine and an Epiphany Craft Vintage Settings Clubhouse embellishment.

To create the inside of the mini album cut pages from the Bella Blvd paper to the size of your album and bind them together.

I added an Instagram photo to one side and used the other side to add a title, some journaling or other fun embellishments.

For each page I used the Epiphany Crafts tools and added some fun embellishments.

I had so much fun playing with this fun collection from Bella Blvd.  Head on over to the Epiphany Crafts Blog for more Bella Blvd projects.

Happy Valentine's Day

I know it's a day late but this week on the Epiphany Crafts blog we are sharing our Valentine's Day projects.  One of my favorite parts of Valentine's Day is making classroom favors with my kids.  I love finding all the cute little things to add inside them. I had some Instagram photos from last year and I knew I had to make a layout using them.

For this project I used the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool Heart 25 and the coordinating Bubble Caps and the Crate Paper Fourteen collection.

I add my instagram photos to the cut out tags from the patterned paper and added some twine to the top of each one.

I created a heart border along the photos with cut out hearts and the hearts made with the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool.

I really love the colors and stickers in this collection.  So pretty.

Love You More

Here are the last of the projects I created with the beautiful Love You More collection from Imaginisce.

The First project is another mailbox for my other son.  I made this one a little bit bigger.

I love the little slot at the top, perfect for tucking in some notes.

I added a journaling card to the front of the box and added some more feathers.  These were so fun to make.

The second project is a card for my dear hubby.

I love the cute little love birds.

More feathers :)

The third project is a small goodie bag for some treats.

I cut out the speech bubble and added the Kisses sentiment.  I will fill it with some chocolate kisses.

Loved

I had so much fun playing with the Imaginisce Love You More collection.  I really loved the colors, especially the grey, and the fun patterns.

I wanted to have hearts exploding from the journaling card so I hand cut some of the hearts from the patterned paper then punched hearts from coordinating papers.

I used foam tape on the back of some of the hearts to add dimension.

I really love how this layout turned out.  Don't you just love that!

One of a Kind

I found this fun Bella Blvd playing card paper in my stash and thought it would be perfect for making some cute valentine's bags and gift card holders.

For this first one I used a small Kraft paper bag and added the card and twine to it.  Perfect for a small chocolate treat inside.

For the next two projects I used the Maya Road scallop envelopes and added the card and twine to the front.  It is the perfect size for a gift card.

Isn't everyone one of a kind?  Thanks for stopping by.

More Valentine's Fun

I wanted to share a few more of the Valentine's projects I have made.  I used the Echo Park Valentine's paper from last year for these projects.

The first one is a fun tube which will be filled with candy.  I made it look like an arrow by adding a shaped heart for tip and another shaped heart for the other end.

The second project is a special Valentine for Nana (my Mom).

I still love the ruffle paper that Dear Lizzy out out so fun!

The third project is a tag for a present for my son's teacher.  We were both very upset when we were told she would have to leave in a few weeks.  She has been amazing with Linden and he loves her.

I added some sparkle to the clothes peg with glitter.  For the base of the card I cut the patterned paper into a tag shape then punched a bunch of hearts and popped them up with foam tape.

I had so much fun making these projects.  Thanks for stopping by.

Love You More

This week Imaginisce is having a Valentine's Party over on their blog.  Their new Valentine's collection Love You More is so pretty.  I especially love the grey doily pattern and the washi tape they added.

For my first project I covered some Ikea candle holders with the washi tape then added one of the fun stickers to the front with foam tape.

So cute and super easy to make.

For my second project I used my Silhouette Cameo and made a fun Valentine's box for my son, I will deliver some fun treats in it on Valentine's Day.

I die cut the box from patterned paper then added the fun birds journaling card to the front of the box.

For the little Valentines cards I used the cute envelope stickers and added them to patterned paper,  then I punched out some hearts and hand cut a small arrow.

I thought it would be cute to add the Love Birds title with this journaling card.

I also used my Silhouette to cut out the feathers that I added to the title.

Here's a shot of the top of the box that shows the slot and my little valentine's peaking out.

I had so much fun creating these projects.  Head on over to the Imaginisce Blog to check out all the other amazing Valentine's projects.
