Scrapbook Nerd September Kit

My September Kit from Scrapbook Nerd was full of Simple Stories Vintage Bliss, the Hero Arts Neon Daubers and some Fancy Pants cork embellishments.  I loved this collection and especially love the Neon Ink Daubers - so fun!

For my first layout I did one of my favorite things - fussy cutting.  I fussy cut the butterflies, the large SWING title and some of the elements in the banner.

I used the Neon Daubers for the banner stickers that had a negative cut out.  I added the ink onto the newsprint paper and added it to the banner sticker.

For the title I cut out the letters and backed them with the same cardstock from the left third of the layout.

I really love the photo on this layout, my son and his friend playing on a tire swing, he just looks so happy - this is what childhood should be all about!

Thanks for stopping by.

Adorable! I love that line.
And I love how the butterflies just pop off that darker color.
That is a lot of fussy cutting :)
