I did a challenge recently where you could only use white with one other color - this was a huge challenge for me as I like using lots of pretty patterned papers. 

 

I used the Crate Paper Boys Rule collection and dug up everything I could find that was black and white (well off white) and layered them around the photo of my son at 14.

 

I really ended up loving this layout and realize sometimes it's great to step out of your comfort zone and give something a try.
