Color Challenge

This week over at the Epiphany Crafts blog we have a color challenge going on.  I love color challenges they always make me step away from the colors I generally choose and use colors that I normally wouldn't.  Here is the inspiration for the color challenge:

I used the Dear Lizzy Daydreamer collection which had all the colors from the inspiration piece.

Along with those adorable puffy heart stickers (which I am going to hoard lol) I added some coordinating hearts using the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool Heart 25.

I used photos from our last trip to Savary Island.  This lovely deer came and said hi every day usually in the evening.  The kids loved seeing them come by.

My friend Jeannine is an amazing friend and I am so blessed to have her in my life!

She really does make me happy :)

The neighbours blow a conch every day at 5pm and you can go over for tea.  We joined them one day and had tea and cookies.

Building the giant sandcastle is always one of the best days, a lot of work but so worth it!

I spent the day with Sophia and Linden making beach crafts including reed bracelets. It was nice to have some girly time while I was there.

My oldest loves when we go out on the boat especially when Craig guns it.

This year a marine biologist came and gave a talk about Savary Island and all the amazing sea creatures.  It was pretty cool.

The younger kids loved collecting baby crabs and even made them a hotel/spa.

Family time is the best thing about Savary - getting away from electronics and just hanging out with family and friends.

Combing for beach glass is always on our list to to do while we are there and I was so luck to find this beauty.  My favorite color.

Thanks for stopping by.

Love your mini albums! You used such a wide range of colors in this one but they all work together beautifully. It turned out great! :)
