Scrapbooker's Blog Tour

Blog hops are so much fun. They are a great way to find inspiration and to be introduced to new scrapbookers, so when I was asked to be a part of the Scrapbooker's Blog Tour, I was super excited.
I was invited by Diana Poirier.  I have had the honor and pleasure to work with her on a design team.  Thank you, Diana, for including me in the blog tour!

Now it's time for me to answer the blog tour questions:

1. What am I working on right now?
I am currently working on some Design Team Projects for Scrapbook Nerd with the new collection from Crate Paper - Notes and Things.

2. How long does it take me to create a project?
It really depends on what I am making and what products I am using.  Sometimes I am so inspired by a collection I can get a layout done in an hour or a mini album done in a couple of hours.  On average it usually takes me a few days to complete a project.

3. What are my favorite things to create with at the moment?
I really love the new Crate Paper Notes and Things collection and have made several projects with it.  I especially love the chipboard frames - they have become a staple for me.

I also still love using my Silhouette Cameo to create fun titles and shapes that I couldn't find in a store.

And of course gold accents, I seem to add them to everything these days.

I am in love with these gold Thickers from the new Shimelle collection!

 4. How does my writing/creating process work?
Again this really depends on what is inspiring me in the moment.  Sometimes I fall in love with a photo that I just have to scrap and start with that as my inspiration and sometimes I see an idea or picture and it inspires me to try something new.  I really try to stay away from rules and try to live in the moment, it keeps me more creative.

5. How do I become inspired and stay inspired?
I get inspired by so many different things, TV shows, Pinterest, my favorite scrapbookers.  I just look for inspiration all around me.  It's hard staying inspired when you have to clean the house and cook dinner lol.  To stay inspired look around you at everday items and try new things or do things outside the box and just go with it.

 6. What is my signature style?
I always have a tough time answering this as I always just think of myself as a scrapbooker.  I can be clean and simple, I can be messy and funky and I can add lots of layers and embellies. I just want to have fun scrapbooking and playing with pretty paper!  Here are a few of my recent layouts that are so different from one another but yet are all 100% me!

Now it's time to tag three scrapbookers I love. I have gotten to know these ladies and I love their scrapbooking style.  I hope you will find them as inspiring as I do.
