December Daily

I love doing the December Daily it's one of my favorite projects to do and I look forward to it all year long.  This year I am using the Simple Stories 6x8 Christmas binder and I plan on video taping my process and sharing it on my YouTube Channel.

Here is the video for how I decorated the album and did my cover page.

Here are some photos. I really love how the rub ons turned out.

 I added a photo from our Christmas photo shoot to the inside of the album.

For the cover page I used some vellum with gold crosses and some gold Thickers along with an old snow globe chipboard that I have been hoarding from Crate Paper.

Christmas Part 1

I love Christmas it's such a happy time of year and I love creating gifts and cards for friends and family. I always seem to struggle with Christmas layouts so this year I made myself a promise that I would do at least two Christmas layouts and guess what...I did it.

First up I did a quick layout about sweaters, the boys always get a new sweater every winter for our Christmas photo and I wanted to document that.

For my second layout I made a rolled paper Christmas Tree to add to the layout.  I love all the fun dimension it gives it.

A Yeti Christmas

I had to get the cute Yeti stamp from Kelly Purkey as soon as I saw it - how cute is he?

I also used Kelly Purkey's wallet system to make this December organizer for my purse.

Giving Thanks

Happy early Thanksgiving to my US friends.  I made these place setting for our Thanksgiving dinner which is always earlier here in Canada.  I used the Epiphany Crafts Savvy Shopper kit which had the Round 25 stamps and Bubble Caps in it.

Planner Supply Book

I had some leftovers from The Planner Society planner kits that I get every month and my supplies were getting a little out of hand so I decided to make myself a little book to keep everything in.

I used one of the bags the kit comes in and covered it with patterned paper.  Then for the cover I added one of the pretty postcards from the kit and also a charm and tassel.

Inside I stapled a bunch of leftover papers all different sizes and then added the fun tabs here and there.

I just tape my supplies inside each page and I also added more little bags as pockets.

Epiphany Crafts meet my Happy Planner

I had so much fun making some planner flags with my Epiphany Crafts Pennant tool and the new stamps that coordinate with them.  First I stamped them all on some patterned paper.  

Then I added some stickers and the coordinating Bubble Caps and added them to my planner.

I love how they turned out.  For this week I am using the October The Planner Society kit for my MAMBI Happy Planner.

Special Kitty

I love our cat Buttons, she is so funny. She likes to go for walks with us, is a great hunter, loves to cuddle with all of us and makes us all laugh.  I love coming into a room and seeing her snuggling with one of the boys, makes my heart melt.

Of course they are busy playing video games but she sneaks her way in there anyway lol.

I used the burlap bag to hide my journalling.

So cute!

Halloween Wrap UP

We had a great Halloween and I even managed to get some Halloween layouts done - yay me :).

First up I scrapped this photo of some pumpkins, I love this time of year for photos, there are always so many colors and beautiful fall icons to snap.

I used the Crate Paper After Dark Collection which is so much fun, love it.

I also scrapped these yummy treats from Krispy Kreme, they are so good!

I also made some fun treat bags for the teachers/instructors.
